Top

The top was fist cut out so that it would fit around the front of the trailer. First I did a dry fit before gluing and nailing it in place. Use a real Nail gun. don't use a Cheep electric. They don't sink the nails in good. I will now have to go and counter sink my nails. Tried to save on not Having to get a another gun but ended up getting one anyways and will use in in my finish work and other jobs. I started at the front and worked may way back. I had to put in another cross brace but that was easy and helps.  I think on my next one I would put the cross braces every 6 inches this will help in putting in the headliner. I think where people have problems in braking the headliner is that the backing (cross braces) are to far apart. In building vaulted Ceilings we put our bracing close together and the sheet rockers really liked it because it gave them something solid to push agents. If you push in a place where there is no backing trying to get it to fit you might brake the headliner.
